Graeme E. Pearson is a singer/entertainer in Edinburgh. He lives a modest exsistance in a semi-detatched Wheelie bin in South Queensferry. He is a proud husband and father of three children, all born in the late 1990's and early 21st. Century. 
     Graeme was born in Edinburgh and the youngest of three. When he was 6 the family moved to the glorious wonderful Kingdom of Fife where he attended Tanshall Primary School and Glenwood High School.
     After leaving school at 16 (He started work on his 16th. birthday) He had jobs as a butcher and gardner. He also worked for the Glenrothes Developement Corporation.
     When he was 17 he moved with his family to America and attended Springfield Technical Community College and Fitchburgh State College in Massachusetts where he obtained a Batchelour of Science Degree in Communications Media.
     To supplement his income at college Graeme had many different jobs in Restaurants and Hotels in the Springfield Massachusetts area includiing Hamburger Chef, Amusement Park Cleaner, Flower Delivery Van Driver, Waiter and Undercover Agent.
     After finishing his education he bought a ticket around the world and spent a year in Australia as well as India, Thailand and Malyasia before returning back to Scotland.
     Upon returning to Scotland Graeme began to sing a few songs in pubs and now makes a living from playing to the locals and tourists of Edinburgh and all over the Highlands.
     His songs and entertainment have led to invitations from many different places, and he considers himself lucky to have experienced the rich cultural diversities of the world that visitors bring to the city and country of his birth.

    In March 2008 Graeme started OOR Tours - The only musical walking tour of Edinburgh. History with songs, traditional and modern, performed by Graeme E. Pearson. There is also and OOR Tours Edinburgh group on Facebook.

The Mutineers Band

The Mutineers do not play very often these days, because Graeme E. Pearson concentrates mainly on solo gigs. They were formed in the summer of 1993 and play a unique brand of Folk/Rock with a variety of traditional and modern styles.

Subject: Popular local band appears in major Hollywood movie.
Edinburgh based band Graeme E. Pearson and The Mutineers have been plucked from relative obscurity and catapulted into the limelight with a guest appearance in the Hollywood movie, A shot at Glory.
Filmed on location around Scotland in the summer of 1999, It stars Robert Duval, Michael (Batman) Keaton and Ally McCoist, and tells the story of fictitious Kilnockie Football Club.

Popular local band, Graeme E. Pearson and The Mutineers play the part of a Folk/Ceilidh band during a celebration scene with Graeme E. Pearson singing two traditional songs along with a dance tune.

"The whole experience of being involved in a film with such a big budget was tremendous," says Graeme E. Pearson. "The accordionist in the band, David Vernon, and I went through to meet with the Director, Michael Corrente. We played him a couple of songs and tunes, and he took to us right away."

"Luck has played a part in us being in this film but the fact that we are an entertaining band and good musicians also helped," says Graeme.

A shot at Glory was released in 2002 and exposed the talents of Graeme E. Pearson and The Mutineers to the world.
